But then we “discovered” that dogs are so much more. They assist the blind, search and find lost children, help ppl with PTSD thru the dog’s calming effect, love and loyalty. We know that stroking dog’s fur lowers Blood Pressures. Dogs can detect cancer. They are useful in law enforcement and in the military. They boost morale.
